NOTE: The Members
Only link uses Javascript to open a password window. If you
immediately get a 404 File Not Found page, then your internet browser is not
set to allow Javascript to run. You may fix this by going, within your
browser, to Tools/Internet Options/Security, then reducing Security Level to
Medium. Restart your browser for these new settings to take effect.
(You may be able to leave your security setting on Medium-High or High and
press the Customize button to click just the right button to enable
Javascript to be run on your browser with higher security than Medium, but I
don't know which button it is. Good luck if you want to try that.)
